Of Null. (Short Conversational Poem)

Updated: Oct 27

"The call of the void is a silent whisper -

She listens to your deepest agony,

Her dark veins rooted in the deep histories of old;

With half-lidded eyes weigh a dreaded sense

.

.

.

.

Of understanding that you never knew.

And thus... she brings comfort.

That is what makes her deadly.

 Don't listen to her.

She will grant your desires, yes,

But there is a great price to her services

By the time you finally come to know what she is like

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

  It'll be too late."

"Has she ever been lonely?"

"She has no such emotions."

"Have you bothered to ask?"

"She is a monster. Sympathy will be wasted for all she's done.

   .

.

.

Why must you think of such things?"

"Because maybe what she does is warn us of things to come."
